Act Lab teachers are all working professionals who have graduated from reputable training institutions. The teaching methods applied in Act Lab are drawn from the work of various contemporary theatre practitioners. Acting is not a one size fits all technique and so exposure to Laban, Stanislavski, Stella Adler, Practical Aesthetics, Ivana Chubbick and other methods are a great way for students to build a personal tool kit that works for them.
