Brent Street proudly presents an epic afternoon of dance these school holidays!
Thursday 28th September 2023
Get together with your dancing friends for a massive afternoon of dance at Brent Street these school holidays. This is open to anyone – dancers, non-dancers, brothers, sisters and friends; so long as they are aged 7-16yrs and confident to hold their own in dance classes.
Class styles are aimed at a recreational level with a focus on fun, fitness and friendship. Class styles are the ever-so-popular JFH (jazz/funk/hip hop), Lyrical and Musical Theatre.
Parents and carers – this is your chance to drop off the kids and enjoy a child-free afternoon.. (Bondi Junction is calling!)
1:30pm start – 4:30pm finish

When is it?
The YP Holiday Dance Workshop is held on Thursday 28th September 2023, during the school holidays.
The day commences at 1:30pm and finishes at 4:30pm.
Who can come to this workshop?
This is open to anyone – dancers (from any studio), non-dancers, brothers, sisters and friends; so long as they are aged 7-16yrs and confident to be dropped off for approx. 3 hours.
What do I need to bring?
We recommend wearing comfy and active clothing that you can move around in. Please no denim, skirts, sandals/thongs.
Bring your water bottle, a small snack (there will be breaks throughout the afternoon) and your jazz shoes. If you don’t have jazz shoes, socks or sneakers are fine.
I can no longer attend the workshop - what do I do?
We book and allocate the teachers based on the number of workshop tickets sold. Therefore, we do not offer credits or refunds if you are no longer able to attend. If you wish, you may transfer your ticket into someone else’s name and sell the ticket on yourself – just let us know so we can update our records.
If you’re no longer able to attend the workshop due to COVID-19 or other serious injury/illness, please supply us with your doctor’s certificate and/or positive test result and we will be happy to organise a credit for a future workshop.
